My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were beautiful, well-appointed, and spacious, just like you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton. The location was nice in Coconut Grove, offering easy access to restaurants and shops, while the dining experience was a bit on the pricey side. Facilities were modern and well-maintained.
